Shipping Policy

At Timezonix, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently — because we know how exciting it is to receive your new timepiece.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive an email or message notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

ORDER INFORMATION & CONCERNS

If you need to change or cancel your order, you may modify your order for 15 minutes after it has been placed. After that period has elapsed, orders will be processed for shipping. Please Contact Us Online. We will try to accommodate your request, however once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify the purchase. If this is the case, please refer to our return instructions once you have received your order.


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.


Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping (within Pakistan): 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, customs delays, or unforeseen courier issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for those special offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your package directly on the courier’s website.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Timezonix purchase — but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange your product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The watch is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • You provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or altered watches

  • Items without original packaging or missing components

  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@timezonix.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  4. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
